Shipping & Returns
We keep things simple. Fast fulfillment, transparent shipping, and an easy return policy if something’s off. Here’s what you need to know.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order goes out.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 or when you order 3 or more items. Standard shipping rates apply to everything else and are shown at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition. Just email us with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you restock items?
Yes — most items will be restocked unless they’re part of a limited drop. If something’s marked as limited, we’ll clearly call that out. Otherwise, restocks happen based on demand.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you just placed your order and need to make a change, email us right away. Once the order is packed and shipped, we can’t make edits — but we’ll try to help if we can catch it in time.
How do I know when new drops are coming?
Follow us on Instagram or join our email list for early access, drop announcements, and first dibs. We don’t spam — just the essentials.

What’s the sizing like?
All pieces are unisex and generally run true to size unless noted. Most have a relaxed or oversized fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer something more fitted, we recommend sizing down.
Where is MSTRMXND based?
We’re based in Los Angeles, CA and Birmingham, AL. Two cities. Two different energies. One mindset. Everything we make is influenced by both coasts and everything in between.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently only ship within the U.S. but are working on expanding soon.
